May take some more ride classes with Ben and Dennis later this week to make up for the easier classes I had taken earlier! □□ Today- Ally’s 30 minute Whitney Houston ride from 7/1/20 Wednesday- Anna’s 30 minute yoga flow focusing on hips from 1/21/20 and Dennis’s 20 minute country ride from 12/12/17. Tuesday- Selena’s 20 minute arms and shoulders strength from 5/28/19 as well as Ben’s 15 minute low impact ride from 2/4/20 Am going to still power through tho- it’s a goal to hit 200 rides before I deliver! I did the following: Had to take it easy this week because my hip started hurting on Monday due to the pregnancy. It’s easier for me to do prenatal specific yoga classes, which she doesn’t do. Just completed this week’s challenge! I can see why they did a variety of instructors! I’ve done run classes with Selena before, but with no current access to a treadmill, I took one of her strength classes instead and ended up loving it! Didn’t love doing Anna’s class because I’m 28 weeks pregnant so had to modify through parts of her class. Welcome to the Peloton Community!
